The second port of Pros,
NOUSSA
is a major resort town grown up around a charming little port. Modern concrete hotels and attendant trappings have all but swamped its original character, though down at the small harbour, fishermen still tenderize octopuses by thrashing them against the walls, and with a little patience you can still find some of its winding, narrow alleys and simple Cycladic houses.
