| If I had listened to the usual clap trap from the tour reps I wouldn't have gone into the villages around the hotel. This was by far the best bit of the visit to Mombassa and rather than rob and kill me as I was assured they would, I was treated like an honoured guest. Watch out for their booze though - I think it has more in common with methylated spirits than anything you might buy at the liquor store. |
