is easy enough to reach by bus from Porto Velho (6 daily), and once you get there it's a surprisingly sophisticated place with several

Oasis,
at Av. 15 de Novembro 460, which serves a varied menu at reasonable prices. There are, however, only two reasons you might come here - to get to Bolivia or to head up the Mamor and Guapo...
